The Grand Hotel Imperiale will reopen on 16th June 2020.
During the closing time, different common areas of the Resort have been refurbished and renovated, in order to guarantee to our guests an increased level of hygienic conditions, luxurious spaces and comfort.
Our great fortune is to have wide internal and external areas, where the distances can be respected without barriers or obstructions in order to offer an elegant and intimate experience with the surroundings of a marvelous landscape.
According to WHO’s directions, our procedures have been increased and enhanced to not compromise the high quality of our standards. We are really confident that the adjustments made brought an increase in the services of the resort, not limiting the existing ones.
The hidden smile of the staff, behind the masks, will be added to a long list of attention, continuously revised in our everyday work, in order to offer or guests a unique experience.
The Grand Hotel Imperiale reopens in 2020 with 9 suits, 8 junior suites and 88 rooms: the room restyling has been made using natural materials, with valued wooden floors. The above-described works conclude years of investments in the resort, in order to offer a comfortable but modern environment.
From 16th June the Restaurant Imperialino, awarded with 3 red forks on the Michelin Guide, will reopen too. The Executive Chef Ferdinando Romano, supported by the gastronomic coordinator Stefano Visini, proposes a fully Italian cuisine, “simply good”, never ordinary, but at the same time not using exaggerating technique and therefore with colors, flavors and perfumes perfectly recognizable. The food served at the Restaurant Imperialino will be prepared with Italian products and ingredients.
On the lakeside, the new Bar La Vela will be opened. An intimate environment which is the ideal location for a late-afternoon aperitif, with maximum 20 guests (therefore reservation is required), where the spectacular view on Lake Como is combined with our staff attention and make you live a tailor-made experience.
The Restaurant Ulivo will open the next 10th July, with its evocative veranda overlooking the blooming garden.
The Imperiale-SPA will reopen on 10th July, too. The access of the guests to the I-SPA will be limited and the reservation is kindly required. The distances will reduce the number of guests in the humid area at the same time, but this will improve the staff attention to the guests who are there to relax and rest.
